Vegan pancakes



250g flour
½ pack baking powder⁠
2 spoons sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
½ teaspoon salt
200ml oat milk

(oder other milk alternative)⁠

Marmetube and fruits of your choice 
Oil (rapeseed, sunflower)


  1. Add flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt into a bowl and stir

  2. Add milk and stir ingredients (should the dough be to firm add more milk)

  3. Heat oil in a coated pan and add 1-2 spoons of dough per pancake

  4. At medium heat, bake the pancakes gold-brown from both sides

  5. Decorate the finished pancakes with fruits and Marmetube of your choice
