Spitzbuben-cookies with Marmetube
Ingredients:
200g butter
300g flour
1 pinch of salt
100g ground almonds
150g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
200g Marmetube of your choice
Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top
Flour for handling the dough
Preparation:

Add butter, flour, salt, ground almonds, sugar and eggs into a bowl

Use a dough hook to knead the mixture into dough, use hands if needed

Put dough in the fridge for 30 minutes

Sprinkle your work surface with flour and roll the dough out on it

Use a cookie cutter of your choice to cut out some motifs. Use a smaller cutter to cut smaller motivs into half of the cookies

Bake cookies at 175° for around 8-10 minutes and let them cool off

Squeeze some Marmetube on the cookies without hole, put one with a hole on top of it as a lid and press it carefully. Do this with all cookies

Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top before serving
