Ingredients:
650g flour, white
350g wholemeal flour
1 cube of yeast
1 spoon salt
650ml water, lukewarm
Marmetube of your choice
Preparation:

Add both kinds of flour into a big bowl and mix. Press a hole into the middle and crumble yeast into it

Spread salt on the sides

Pour 500ml of water over the yeast into the hole, stir and knead firmly. Continuously the remaining water

If the dough is too sticky, add some flour
-
Cover dough with a kitchen cloth and allow to rise for 1 hour

Form a bread loaf on a kitchen cloth covered with flour
-
Preheat oven at 225°. Once heated, place loaf on a baking tray covered with paper or in a baking tin
-
Bake for 30 minutes at 225°, then for 30 minutes at 175°
-
Let bread cool on a cake rack and enjoy with Marmetube
