Raspberry salad dressing

Marmetube salad with raspberry

Ingredients

3-4 spoons Marmetube raspberry

1-2 spoons mild vinegar (Balsamico or apple vinegar)

3 spoons plant-based oil

Salt, pepper and mild mustard according to taste

150g lamb's lettuce

100g Raspberries

100g Mango

Preparation:

  1. Add Marmetube raspberry, vinegar, oil and water in a small bowl

  2. Season with salt, pepper and mustard

  3. Carefully wash lamb's lettuce and let it drip off. Wash raspberries. Cut Mango into small pieces

  4. Mix salad ingredients and add raspberry dressing
