Raspberry cream cheese rolls

Ingridients: 

1 pack of puff pastry

100g cream cheese

20g sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice 

70g raspberries (frozen or fresh) 

50g Marmetube raspberry

Icing:

150g powdered sugar

2-3 teaspoons of milk

Preparation: 

  1. Preheat oven at 180°

  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and Marmetube in a bowl

  3. Carefully stir in raspberries

  4. Roll out the pastry and spread the cream cheese-raspberry mixture on it, keep about 1-2cm from the edge

  5. Roll up the dough from the long side and cut it into around 12 equally sized pieces

  6. Bake for around 20-25 minutes at 180°

  7. For the icing mix the powdered sugar with the milk and pour it over the pieces while they are still warm
