Strawberry cheesecake dessert
Ingridients for 4 persons:
400g cream cheese
500g plain yoghurt
5 spoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 pack of shortbread
250g strawberries
Marmetube strawberry
Preparation:

Stir cream cheese with yoghurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar

Wash and chop strawberries

Put shortbread in a freezer bag and crumble with your hands or with a rolling pin
Filling the glasses:

Put two spoons of shortbread crumbs in the glasses

Add some Marmetube strawberry and some strawberries
-
Create a layer with 2 spoons of cream cheese

Repeat until all ingredients are used

Keep some strawberries and crumbs

Let the glasses cool off in the fridge for around 30-40 minutes

Sprinkle the leftover crumbs over the dish
