Strawberry cheesecake dessert


Ingridients for 4 persons:  ⁠

400g cream cheese

500g plain yoghurt

5 spoons powdered sugar⁠

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 pack of vanilla sugar

1 pack of shortbread

250g strawberries

Marmetube strawberry


  1. Stir cream cheese with yoghurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar

  2. Wash and chop strawberries

  3. Put shortbread in a freezer bag and crumble with your hands or with a rolling pin

Filling the glasses: 

  1. Put two spoons of shortbread crumbs in the glasses

  2. Add some Marmetube strawberry and some strawberries

  3. Create a layer with 2 spoons of cream cheese

  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used

  5. Keep some strawberries and crumbs 

  6. Let the glasses cool off in the fridge for around 30-40 minutes

  7. Sprinkle the leftover crumbs over the dish
