Egg pancakes


Ingredients for 4 pieces:

2 eggs

200ml milk

1 teaspoon sugar

1 pinch of salt

200g flour

60ml sparkling water


  1. Beat and froth eggs and mix in sugar 

  2. Add flour, milk, water and salt one at a time and mix to an even dough

  3. Heat margarine in a pan and add a big dipper full of dough

  4. Carefully roast pancake from both sides until gold-brown

  5. Enjoy finished pancakes with Marmetube sour cherry
