Egg pancakes

Ingredients for 4 pieces:
2 eggs
200ml milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
200g flour
60ml sparkling water
Preparation:

Beat and froth eggs and mix in sugar

Add flour, milk, water and salt one at a time and mix to an even dough

Heat margarine in a pan and add a big dipper full of dough
-
Carefully roast pancake from both sides until gold-brown
-
Enjoy finished pancakes with Marmetube sour cherry
